My family just had a mini birthday celebration for Babah. It was very awkward. It is ironic how we can feel as though we are strangers, just because of an incident. I won't lie ad say i'm okay with it already because i am not. It's not that i bear grudges or whateverknots but i feel like i was rude and it was unappropriate. But it was all to wake him up wasn't it? He doesn't have to be ashamed about it because we all make mistakes. And what had happened wasn't entirely his fault, exactly. God showed His mercy because He alerted us soon enough before it got any worse. Frankly, i am glad this happened because it had made him, and the rest of us realised that God is great. I am not trying to show my piety here because i am not pious, to start of with. Because Jaja saw his tears, and i knew he was tearing when he was performing Subuh prayer in the morning. My ego is too huge to wish him a happy birthday to face so i sent him a message.

"Babah, Happy Birthday!!! We love you okay! Lets bury the hatchet!!"

and all that he replied was:

"Message received, thanks."

I don't blame him, and my friends have reason now not to blame me for hiding my feelings or emotions deep within. Just because.

So we got him Sheaffer pen well engraved and all. He hasn't open it. I hope he likes it. I hope this will not again happen. Because enough is enough. Now the issue is for us to like comunicate like how we used to. I miss Babah. I know i said i was just gonna remain civil with him but i just can't bring myself to do it. Because he brought me up so well now and like Abg mangkok said, "i think your parents have done a good job in bringing up a daughter like you." And lik i've said once, i just cannot hate someone forever and, up till now am really curious on how some can. What do you think? I think it's inhuman. So here babah, Happy Birthday.

The New Paper got me thinking of certain issues like girls who not yet earn their own money, going clubbing and getting drunk, the guys'easy atrget to get cheap drinks. Haha it's makes so much sense eh.I took 4 and a half hours to complete both of my Sociology quizzes. Hours well spent at work, i'd say. And i come accross this in the textbook. "Although beauty is only skin deep, its consequences permeate our lives (katz 2005) Beauties bestows an advantage in everyday interaction, but it also has other effects For one, if you are attractive, you are likely to make more money..." - James M. Henslin Essentials of Sociology A down-to-earth approach.

Appearance does not matter - TIPU AH.
