After doing some re-arranging some boxes and cool magazine racks, all sweaty and all the boss sent me to the nearest MRT. Along the way we had talks about everything under the moon. It was fun talking to you Daddy. But one thing that got me thinking was about the part he said he had slept in all the hotels in Orchard Road. Each one every night i presume after clubbing. And also when he said "Adik, you experience everything now, so when you reach my age you don't lack anything. You've been there, done that. Also, don't settle down so quickly. You got boyfriend or not huh? Cakap botol-botol jangan bohong. You got boyfriend or not? (aku geleng2 kepala) Okay good. Don't settle down so quickly. Later you dah kawin, your husband eh tak kasi u keluar how? Tak kasi meet all your friends, no more ladies night out."

In which i said i don't mind not getting married. But the thing is this eh. I don't know why but i'm always thinking the opposite. They prefer to club at their teens. I for one, prefer to complete my diploma before i club. You see, i have disappointed my parents enough ok. Perkara jahat tak semestinya minom and isap dadah. I hide all my dirty laundry under the bed. I don't want to enjoy now and then stop school at half of the journey. The money i earn now bukan nak pergi minom todi, dancing all night tak ingat rumah. I still have books to pay, food to eat, other things to buy. My responsibility as a daughter is right now, to study well and get good grades. My responsibility when i work is to make my parents live comfortably, and ensure them they don't have to worry. Part tu, if you tunjuk belang what will your parents say? takkan " Belajar tanak" Nak belajar ape mak? Dahabis belajar pon. Kalau die cakap " Kan kalau lelaki nampak tak manis anak dara balik malam2" Lelaki ape mak? Tanak kawin lagi ada!

I don't mind lah actually my friends going clubbing or what. Whether or not these teens look at me as though i'm some kinda kental tak pernah jejak clubbing y'know. All i know is, the 20s won't say anything but give me a pat on my back. Saying i'm wise. Right Bai? And i have a feeling Daddy got married at quite a late age. Judging from the way he talks and his attics.

Now that's another father i have to not disappoint.

"Mornin beautiful. Go have gd breakfast and coffee.
After that come over and gimme a cuddle"

Funny what a simple "hellooo" can do. And funny how he finds me flirting like a boy just because i'm too upfront. Here's a song for you Sexy...

From your gula.
